Poor pressure, despite my asking for more. 1 hour massage lasted only 50minutes

I received a voucher for my birthday and booked a shellac nail polish treatment and an eyebrow wax. I was left waiting and basically ignored for 20 minutes. Then my eye brow wax took about a minute and quite frankly barely took anything off (I still ended up plucking the next day). The nail treatment was shocking. The "therapist" made a real mess of them, and dipped my fingers in the glitter (un-hygienic to say the least). I have Shellac treatments regularly and have never before had to do this, it's usually put on with a brush. This created a crusty feel to the nail and so she then kept putting extra layers of top coat on to try to stop them feeling so coarse!! There was a serious lack of conversation. I have never been anywhere for treatments before that made me feel so unwelcome. Not a relaxing experience at all.

I was greeted warmly, had a drink made and sat in comfortable surroundings. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the treatments excellent. I've booked my next visit.
