The appointment time I booked through Treatwell wasn't available with the salon, so rather disappointingly I didn't have my treatment. Only hearing this the night before left me little chance to arrange an alternative. After a few texts between the salon and myself, I decided against their eventual offer of an alternative time. Sadly with this experience and a similar one previously I won't be visiting or recommending the Sun Spar to others.

I’ve only just realised that I booked a hot stone massage because I didn’t get it lol.
Everything I booked kind of went out of the window and me and my partner just had a normal massage and facial.
My masseuse was lovely but I feel she didn’t give me the same amount of care of my partner’s masseuse gave him. She was very soft handed and when I asked her to increase the pressure and work on a problem area she kind of just ignored me.
