I was looking forward to my spa package - massage, Indian head massage and body wrap. When I arrived at reception I was ignored and then eventually treated as an inconvenience. One of the managers (I'm guessing) offhandedly asked a young therapist to 'go do that spa package'. The young therapist was the nicest thing about the place. I was never introduced to her so I don't know her name. She was polite and friendly - but her abilities were not up to much I'm afraid. The back massage started out well. The first five min were promising - I thought things were looking up. But the last 20 min of the back massage were just her rubbing up and down my spine in a bored fashion. Not good.
Then the body wrap which was a basic version of wraps I have had before. The result was good (skin was soft) but very little product was used and (despite asking to remain covered) the towel was frequently and unceremoniously lifted and removed throughout the treatment. Not very relaxing.
By the time the Indian head massage came about I had lost all hope. It was ok but again nothing compared to massages I've had before. Her main aim seemed to be to massage as much oil as possible into my hair!
I love getting spa treatments but this place was the least professional 'spa' I've ever been too. Complete waste of time and money. I can't believe that they charge 80% more for that without a voucher!! Unbelieveably terrible. I will never ever go back.

Great value and lovely staff. I have already booked a return visit with a friend. Would recommend a visit here.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the treatments were OK - nothing special but very good value for money!

It easy to buy the voucher online, however it was very difficult to book the appointment for a massage. It took 4 phone calls on different days and an email. Every time I called I got through to an answer-phone. I left a message every time.
When I eventually managed to book the appointment, it went like clockwork. The staff was polite, friendly and efficient. The establishment was clean and calm. I had a really good massage.
I don't think I will go back, purely because it is so difficult to book appointments.

This is a no frills venue which is always incredibly busy because of its amazing discounts on treatments. My therapist was one of the more experienced ones so the massage was good and at £10 I was very happy.
