I really love this place. I had a massage and facial, which was very relaxing, and my therapist was lovely and looked after me really well. I then had a pedicure in the nail bar, which made my feet feel and look like new. The Sun Spa is very friendly and everyone seemed to be made to feel really welcome. I would definitely recommend this place.
This was advertised as a Dermalogical facial and a massage. The salon in itself seemed fine but my friend & I were amazed to be shown into a smallish room with 2 massage beds. There wasn't room for the therapist to walk round the bed. However, 2 young girls came in and literally rubbed oils on our backs. For the facials, we had only one therapist, who apologised but said they were short staffed. This wasn't a 'real' facial either and the cream was not Dermalogica as we looked at the containers- just ordinary cream! So, a lastminute.com bargain turned out to be pretty rubbish. It was cheap but we travelled 30 miles for this. Presumably the Sun Spa was hoping to get repeat business from offers such as these....certainly not from us and we would not recommend, even if it was free. A very disappointing experience.
Yes - really relaxing, comfortable. Really nice to have double room so able to chat. Surprise - when I said face mask hurt slightly they gave me a more sensitive one.
Not rushed at end, allowed to take our time and be relaxed.
Had a nightmare trying to rearrange appointment left messages no one returns calls, treatment was good but felt rushed good value with extra £10 off for 2 people but I wouldn't pay full price for this treatment
