We where not given the deal which I paid for. There was no "bubbles" or even a tea or coffee offered to us. I also requested the hot stone massage that was what was included. I was told I could not have this. One of the lovely girls spoke to the manager and they stated it was not included being half naked I could hardly argue in the reception. The managers are rude they were only interested in getting the voucher code or voucher. They didn't ask if we had a good time nevermind apologise for confusion over the deal. This was supposed to be a treat for my mother who was staying for mothers day. She made out it was ok and wouldn't let me complain at the time but I am very upset.

Was very disappointed as we had booked the Hot Stone treatement - the hot stones had not arrived. We were not told until we were in the therapy room ! We also had to share a room. To be honest would not book again or RECOMMEND. Very very disappointed. Would of thought the staff at the check in would of advised us and perhaps offered something else ! We were just told what we were getting !!!!

Arrived late for my appointment because of traffic and not the easiest to find! The staff were really helpful and very good at gel nails! I am now a regular client or as they say part of the family which makes you feel very welcome!
