I bought a shellac deal and the treatment was amazing but me being so picky ended up with a bubble in one nail so I decided to email to see if I could get it fixed and and I have to say Thank you Dawn and Samia - I am so impressed by The Sun Spa's customer service in all respects. Samia sorted out the problem nails for me in a friendly and professional manner - even a welcome cup of coffee!
Jackie too who was so kind, helping me to find a near traffic-free route home after the horrendous trip in on Friday. I used the same route again today and it was so much better without any traffic issues.
Thanks to all three of you. Sometimes things do go wrong and it is such a pleasure meeting professionals prepared to deal fairly with things. I look forward to seeing you all again.

First impressions of the spa itself were not good. My friend and I were put into the same room for our massage and facial. There was no couch roll used - and after our back massage we turned over to find our tummys covered in oil - which meant that the towels had not been changed since the previous client had a massage. That was disgusting, and we both felt physically sick at that point. Unfortunately the member of staff who did my massage and facial had a dreadful cold and all I could hear was her sniffing very loudly and she was constantly wiping her nose with the back of her hand. Twice during my back massage her nose dripped onto my back, and she proceeded to rub it in! I should have walked out at that stage, but I didn't want to spoil it for my friend. I was conscious during the facial of the same thing happening, so it was impossible to relax. At the end of the facial both therapists left the room telling us they would return 5 mins later when the cream had soaked into our faces. Only one member of staff returned, and rubbed the cream into my face, then proceeded to go over to my friend and rub the cream into her face - without washing her hands in between!!!!! Unbelievable. A dreadful experience. Never again.
lovely salon and staff! Met a friend half way from London and we had a lovely time and the treatments are great value for money! The salon has a real home from home feel about it. The only sad part had to drive home when i was feeling so relaxed. Would definatly recommend and return.
originaly booked from 4 30 for 90 min treatment but was told 5 pm managers did dident make me over welcome on arrival detox wrap was done half heartly and i was cold and not enough crean used facial ok toenail maicure and varnish ok But girl left me whilst nail varnish dryedthen10 minites later manageress said they were closing the girl never even sad goodbye or treatmet was finished so only had 60 min We girls go t0 these places to be pamperd and to feel special Iwont be returning and would not rec to friends But thanks for making tea for my hubby

What a bargin.Have taken both my teenage daughters they also loved their first trip.Being in same room was excellent for them
