Been going to the salon for 7 years and I am always happy and made to feel really welcome. They really take care of their clients and always make you feel at home. I would recommend for a great relaxation massage.
FAB! Went on a last minute deal for £20 the salon doesn't claim to be a Spa and is a nice beauty salon with great staff. We had manicure, pedicure and facial and both my wife and myself left feeling great and really relaxed. It's worth a trip for some pampering at a great price.
Two words - Absolutely Horrendous! I went with my friend for a facial recently and when we first pulled up we weren’t quite sure if we were in the right place as there are no signs to show you where it is. After asking someone we found it upstairs in what looked like a office block. We were greeted quite quickly with a lady who showed us to our room. We were having a facial each and were in the same room which was nice but we expected two therapists. This, however did not happen! We had one lady between us (i think she was the manager which was even more worring) who would put some cream on one of us then swap to the other without washing her hands. She kept disappearing throughout the treatment to answer the door or the phone and each time didn’t wash her hands when she came back (I’m not sure there was even a sink in the room). The treatment was supposed to last for an hour but she was only in the room for about 20mins max! I have quite sensitive skin and when she put the face mask on it started to sting, I told her this and she said ‘don’t worry that often happens, it will be alright in a minute!’. She then disappeared out of the room again! She didn’t take our make up off properly so we left with greasy skin, with face mask stuck to our hair and mascara all over our faces (we were going out for lunch after – not a good look!). We felt like we needed to wash our faces after the treatment! Over all very disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for!
This is the first time i used wahanda so was a bit unsure what to expect, but when we got to the salon the staff where very friendly and professional.
i chose a academie facial which was very relaxing and i really enjoyed it! i would definitely go back again
Went to this salon with a friend for a pure bliss package and was really impressed! we paid £29 for four treatments and was totally pampered. The salon is busy but once you get in the treatment room they really pamper you. You have to book a few weeks in advance because they offer great packages at brilliant prices but its worth it. I felt really relaxed and happy I got such a good deal and it wasn't a rubbish package. They upgrade their website often with deals so I am always checking to go for some more relaxation time!
