Terrible experience, the gentleman at reception would not open the barriers for the car parking even though I mentioned my wife is full term pregnant and it's not ideal for her to walk that distant. He still insisted he isn't allowed to unless car park was paid for!! Spa room on the yacht only has 2 people working and no reception so we was locked out for 15mins and the time was not reimbursed by staff.
We had 30min massage each and a sharing platter for 2.
On our arrival reception staff didn't know what was in our deal and where we would have our platter. They've told us to ask at the spa facilities. I thought this should be improved.
Our massage was very enjoyable. Both ladies were very professional and pleasure to talk to.
The only minus that we've had 2 separate rooms and as a package for 2 I'd preferred if we shared one.
The staff was so nice and polite all the way through the session and very good at there jobs,me and my wife enjoyed it so much and felt great afterwards.
Lovely friendly staff who made the service even more enjoyable. Made feel very welcome and toes looked fab!! Thank you!!
