Read mixed reviews about this hotel but I booked it for my friend and I for the deluxe executive deal. Everything was excellent from the friendly and cheerful staff, spacious rooms, the food was amazing and it was very chilled out relaxing ambience. The massage was the best part for me with the therapist seeming to know exactly how much pressure to use in different areas. Overall excellent visit hope to return again
A wonderful experience- thoroughly enjoyed a pamper session of facial and massage with Olga who was fantastic- I would definitely recommend her. Followed by champagne afternoon tea - the Yacht is amazing and makes you feel so special - lovely day
it was wonderful and relaxing . I highly recommend the vitamin facial...my face was absolutely radiant after and I didn't even bother to apply make up after. staff were wonderful and kind. I will definitely go again in the future.
