Sports massage is not for everyone, but Sharon puts you at ease and listens to what your concerns are. I usually go for 'maintenance' but recently had an issue with the commencement of plantar fasciitis, so Sharon did some light manipulation(which she left until the end when I was at my most relaxed) and recommended exercise for the foot (and rest). I am now almost niggle-free, thanks Sharon.
Highly recommended. Sharon is very friendly and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to running. Im new to running and have been experiencing abit of knee pain. Coming in for the sports massage and getting advice on my running form etc has been really beneficial as i hope to continue running for a long time. Feel more confident now when i go for my runs.
