Even with the sports massage, Helena uses a custom blend of aromatherapy oils... They really work! She makes me a special relaxing blend, and I sleep so well :)

Fantastic, firm, deep tissue massage from Helena. Great for sports tense muscle knots. One of my top three places in London and amazing value. Handy location opposite Ladbroke Road Tube. No frills venue below a hairdresser but nice vibe in the treatment room, cool music and Helena is an excellent, intuitive therapist. Highly recommend.
