Was slightly disappointed that it didn't last the full hour as the therapist was running late on previous appointment however the treatment was spot on.

Very knowledge therapist, friendly and approachable. Good massage but I would have preferred a whole body massage. I suppose I should have specified this at the start of the treatment.

Wonderful massage. Had very tight knots and Helena was able to reach the source of the tightness and release the tension. Quite sore the next day but having a warm bath helped with the pain.
