Helena was very friendly and welcoming, so I felt comfortable from the start. She made what should have been quite a painful sports massage very relaxing and helped a lot. I wasn't able to walk without a wimp on the way in and now can walk, still need a bit more work but she did a great job! I'll be back soon!

Appointment was delayed by 15 minutes as previous customers were late. Helena made up for this with her attentiveness to my particular needs, professional (yet friendly) manner and her explanations as to exactly what she was going to do. My deep tissue massage was extremely good value for money and I will definitely be returning - she really sorts out any knots and kinks you may have.
