The experience is great. Helena is wonderful professional, interested in what exactly you want and whether this suits your needs. My only problem was that I slightly misunderstood what reflexology is - I thought it is sort of acupuncture without needles - putting pressure on different energetic spots on your body, but in this case Helena worked through the feet with different parts of the body. Nonetheless, it worked and even though straight after the treatment I still had shoulder ache, it was gone after some time (and this was achieved without even touching my shoulders - all through the feet!)

Helena was as consistent as the first time I saw her- woke up today feeling all the right post massage aches but also looser muscles, the pressure she gave was tailored to me and she knows exactly where to focus on problem areas without being told. Great massage, great lighting and ambience, I will continue going back.
