I have regular massages and since finding Helena, would not consider going anywhere else. She is extremely competent and clearly has a great understanding of anatomy which helps as I play allot of sports and she finds every knot and aching muscle!
She has a fantastic way of caring for clients and you can feel that she loves what she does. I could not recommend her highly enough.

This was, by far, the best massage I've had in London. Helena is absolutely delightful - she made me feel extremely comfortable and was so kind and attentive. The treatment room looks and smells wonderful, and the treatment itself sensational. Helena even went to the trouble of showing me some stretches I could do at home to improve my neck muscles. I have recommended Helena to all my friends and I will most definitely be going back.
