Helena was extremely welcoming and friendly as soon as I arrived and started the treatment very promptly. She discussed my needs/expectations at the stry and have me the opportunity to feedback throughout which is quite rare. The waxing was well done, not painful and I will be sure to return- staff attitude goes a long way!
