My upper back was full of knots, so I went for the sports massage.
Helena really knows what to do, I felt so good during and after the massage!
I booked 1hr and I would go for 2 if I could. A really good investment, couldnt believe I paid just £35 for such a incredible massage!!

The therapy room is in the basement of the Gravity hair salon, so look for Gravity as the window shop.
Helena, the massage therapist, was very friendly and professional. Although I had booked a sports massage, she asked me about my needs and we agreed on a mix of sports massage, deep tissue massage and aromatherapy and she focused on the areas I really needed to be worked on. I felt great afterwards and it really helped me!
