Helena was very friendly and welcoming, so I felt comfortable from the start. She made what should have been quite a painful sports massage very relaxing and helped a lot. I wasn't able to walk without a wimp on the way in and now can walk, still need a bit more work but she did a great job! I'll be back soon!
