Helena is some sort of mind reader - she intuitively knows what you need and delivers. Often I find massages feel rushed, but Helena take her time, is slow and works with a rhythm, it's pure bliss. She's so good she's often booked solid for weeks - do yourself a favour and get yourself signed up ASAP!
