My second visit to the Therapy Room at Gravity for a deep tissue massage and I couldn't recommend Helena enough! Honestly the best massage I have ever had and I feel a lot less pain afterwards. Helena always takes the time to work out exactly what you want to achieve before the treatment begins and puts you at ease - a relaxing treatment as well as effective. Looking forward to my next appointment.

This was my first deep tissue massage and Helena asked which areas I would like her to work on. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had pulled a muscle the day before and walking was painful. Helena worked on the muscle which now feels a lot better. Would definitely recommend. Only negative was that the man in Gravity (the hairdressers upstairs) did not let her know I had arrived, so I had to wait 10 minutes past my appointment time.
