Helena made me feel at ease straight away and massage was so good felt great the next day. Helena was very friendly and made the experience what it was.

I arrived a bit flustered that I was two minutes late. I was asked to take a seat in the hair salon above the beauty area. 20 minutes later, the technician arrived. She was very apologetic and lovely to make up for it, but definitely a point to consider if you are in a rush or time is a premium. The technician was lovely and chatty to distract you from the pain of waxing, which was good. She was very thorough in doing so, and made sure you were 100% happy with the result, which was great.
Overall - a good value experience, but just beware if you are on a schedule.

It was my first sports massage and I thought it was very good. Knots were identified and worked out from my muscles and I was even recommended some stretches to do. The location is very convent. The only negatives are that I was waiting a while for my treatment and the walls were quite thin so noises from the surrounding rooms could be heard.

As always the staff at Gravity cannot be faulted - they are lovely and friendly and accommodating. The wax was very thorough and as waxing goes, one of the best experiences I have had.
