Great massage. Started with an initial consultation where the therapist, Helena, asked me a few questions to figure out what type of massage would be needed. She also consulted me after the massage giving some tips on what kind of exercise I could do to improve my back. Ambiance was great - I feel asleep for a little bit! Would recommend and def. will be visiting again.
Sports Massage
I had a mani pedi done. The therapist gave me advice on what type of shape would suit me best, which was good. Then gave me a nice selection of colours. Tea was also offered while I was having my pedi which was nice.
Manicure
Very nice massage, lovely therapist and very convenient location. The music was a little loud at first but the therapist was very happy to turn it down until I was happy. Pressure was perhaps not strong enough for me, but overall very good value.
