I've asked for massages in plush and expensive establishments. The therapist here actually knows what she's doing, has the experience that makes a difference, tailor makes the therapy to resolve the issues and doesn't fumble around like the new graduates that you get in some places.
I'm a cyclist and travel on my bike everyday, don't really stretch about and travel far distances as a regular commute. Other establishments have therapists that relax you and other establishments have marble flooring and that's good but this therapist is worth five of them, she technically goes into the knots of the muscle and breaks into down into submission relieving the troubling ailments.
This lady was busy with back to back appointments but this lady is a secret treasure which I hesitantly share because I'm worried that she'll soon be so busy I won't be able to book a return appointment. However, for the price and the value the Gravity Room offers, West London is lucky to have her. If you've never received a massage that you thought got the job done, look no further.
Helena was really helpful and listened to the problems I was having, and adjusted the treatment as necessary. I walked out feeling really good and de-stressed. Thank you!
