I had a manicure with Helen and I absolutely loved my hour chattting to her - the manicure was really good value at £20 but the quality wasn't the best I've experience. They had a very limited selection of varnishes and the one I chose had chipped and scratched by the end of the day.

Helena was very thorough and did a great job. She had brilliant attention to detail, adding an additional coat of shellac as she wasn't happy with the result. They are now perfect. I will certainly be going back.

I had a sport massage and I was extremely happy with the experience. Helena was really good and went out of her way to help me with all my sore points. I will definitely go back. Tip for the next customers - make sure you book 1h, 30 min goes fast and once you're there you realise you need all the time:-)

Booked a last minute foot reflexology session. The Therapy Room is an oasis in Ladbroke Grove! Clean, calm and tranquil ambience. Once I handed was in the safe hands of the lovely, friendly, patient and immediately trusting reflexologist, we went through areas that required focus. The music was soothing, she lead me through a guided visualisation to help calm me and after that, my feet were in heaven getting the focus they deserved - could not have asked for more. Exceeded expectations! Certainly will go back and highly considering regular sessions. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

I found my reflexology treatment very relaxing, and professional. My therapist Helena was very thorough and helpful when accessing what I wanted to gain from the treatment. I plan to book another treatment in the next couple of weeks.
