A mix up occurred between Wahanda and myself which left me waiting 30 mins for my appointment. Helena the therapist was brilliant, calm, cool and professional throughout although it was a really busy friday night for her, she moved her appts to accomodate me. What a lovely woman and her waxing was fast and efficient. Recommended.
Helena is amazing at what she does. She brings great energy to what she does and has great hands. I went for a sports massage and she really knew what she was doing! She is very easy and comfortable to be around which is an added plus!

the hairdresser upstairs had booked by hair to be done at the same time as my nails which led to utter chaos, where I was being moved upstairs and down constantly and was out of there 1hour 15 minutes after I said I had to be. My pedicure was rushed so didn't have time to dry properly so was smudged by the time I got home and my nails aren't great other because of the awkward way the beautician had to do them (whilst my hair was being cut and in between other appointments). Laura was great, very friendly, but The Therapy Rooms has fiddled with the appointment without telling her so the whole thing was rushed and the final product not great. Real shame and not Gravity's fault

Helena was amazing. She certainly knew what she was talking about & I came out of the salon feeling much better. No aches this morning either! Was certainly worth the wait.

Helen was fantastic will defo go again and I recommend her for reflexology, I did 30mins and it flew by....next time will defo go for an hour :)
