I have arrived at my appointment, and i was refused service with 1 hour to go. I was a little late due to a nasty flu in the last week. If i am not receiving the service I booked for, it is fraudulent to charge full price for it. I will dispute this.

All the staff are efficient, helpful, friendly and very welcoming.
The treatments offered are delivered with a high level of expertise and proffesionlism. Can not fault them and would highly recommend.
