My first visit to The Treatment Room & first ever brow lamination / lash lift. Sophia was brilliant & really gentle. She talked me through the process and was great. Would highly recommend. My only possible recommendation / room for improvement would be to take a client through the aftercare approach rather than just sharing a flyer - for example, I didn’t realise that exercise isn’t recommended for 24 hours after - very minor point, thanks again!! I’ll be back x
