Unfortunately not the best experience. I asked for a tidy up but did explain that I hadn’t had them threaded in a while. The thread felt quite rough and I obviously needed more direction on where to/ how to pull the skin as I have a couple of skin cuts but there was no acknowledgement of this. I then had to ask for some lotion after the treatment. To be fair, eye brows are fairly equal, but the treatment felt rushed and I have never had cuts from threading before.
