There was no one at reception when I arrived but there was a notice asking for me to fill in a form which I didn't mind as I was a few minutes early and then the young woman came to take me through. She was very pleasant and the massage was very good.

Bought Groupon Pamper Package at very good rate. Thoroughly enjoyed back & shoulder massage, facial and scalp massage. Relaxation room could do with a couple of more comfortable seats and just something to make it feel more "relaxy" - but I did enjoy my cup of tea and a yummy chocolate. Treatment room was warm and my therapist was caring.
On arrival, sat and waited in a lovely relaxing waiting area. Was then greeted by a staff member who then showed me through to the treatment room. This was lovely, big, clean and warm. The lighting and the music was perfect. My massage was wonderful, and excellent value for money. The lady asked what firmness I’d like it and checked the pressure was ok for me. Would highly recommend. Thank you
