Appointment was at 10am, still sat with no one around at 10.20. At 10.30 a staff member turned up. Had our nails done- not very good at all but they are ok. Then had the massage which I must say was fab. Then a foot treatment which was basically someone rubbing abit of cream on your feet. Wouldn’t go as far as to call it a ‘spa’ day as it is just treatments available. But like I said the massage was fab. And the girls were nice.
Left waiting in reception for 20 mins then when taken to spa asked to fill form in that could have been done online\ Booking difficult as well
Then told tense = thought i was going to only get half a massage!
When it got going it was very good though. Need to streamline service aspectsbut when you get the treatment its good
