Arrived at 5:15 for my treatment to nobody on Reception. Waited a few minutes for someone to come to be greeted by a Therapist who looked unhappy to be there and walking around in socks. I sat for over 20 mins for the room to become available. 5 mins into the treatment the machine breaks an I’m left in the room whilst the Therapist makes a phone call. I was offered another treatment but was instantly put off returning and asked for a refund! I was given the Managers mobile number to call. The manager took no ownership to get this sorted when I called and I referred to Treatwell to request my refund. Once I complained about how I was looked after she offered to help.
Poor overall experience and will not be returning for another treatment.
The room was cold and no extra blankets were offered to keep me warm. I explained to the therapist, Erin, that I liked a firm massage but had to ask 4 times for her to apply more pressure but it still felt as though she was just rubbing cream on my skin as opposed to massaging me. The treatment should have lasted 1 hour but it was over in 35 minutes. I was left with the impression that Erin did not know the different massage techniques and strokes involved in delivering a swedish massage. Very disappointed and won't be returning.
