I had a pamper package. I was really impressed with the quality of the service, the environment and the staff. I would recommend. Both me and my friend felt great afterwards
I don't believe the person giving me a massage knew what she was doing. It wasn't very enjoyable. And when I tried to talk to her about a pain I had in my hand, she laughed it off rather than asking questions on how the massage may be used to help the troubled area.
I was also charged an extra 5 pounds on my way out because I had booked the massage on a Friday. This wasn't been made clear to me at the time of booking my appointment.
Very professional service and staff very friendly - really enjoyed our treatments.
When in the waiting/resting room there were dirty glasses and mugs from otter guests but other than that the treatment itself was amazing and staff were lovely for the price of the treatment which in the centre of town was amazing value
