Had a great couples massage, even got into a couple of my knots! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended
Really friendly staff but I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing experience. My appointment was over 20mins late and the receptionist kindly offered me a glass of fizz which was nice but I then had to wait in the reception hallway. I only found out when my therapist turned up that there was a relaxation room where she thought I'd be. The walls must be pretty thin because you could hear people walking and talking up and down the hallway throughout. During my 90min treatment another therapist came in twice which sorta ruined any relaxation vibe. If you're looking for an affordable treatment this place is great but it wasn't a chilled out spa experience.

The staff were lovely, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The prosecco that we had as part of our package was very nice also!
I don’t rate this spa place, been for many spa treatments and this one was rated very low. Massage didn’t feel nice and facial felt rushed
No staff to greet us when we arrived so we had to wait for about 15 min before someone came out. The massage itself was poor, varying from painful to barely there with the therapists stopping to try to talk to each other half way through. Not the relaxing experience I had hoped for so I won’t be going back.
