I tried to reschedule my appointment, I left two voicemail messages, gave more than 48 hrs notice, nobody got back to me. I called again and actually managed to speak to the therapist. She said she couldn't rebook my appointment because I was showing as a 'no show' on their system!! She said she would speak to the hotel and get back to me. I have since left several voicemails and no one has called me back. I don't expect to hear from them because they have used my Groupon code. Very underhand and unprofessional. I will be contacting trading standards.
I’ve been twice now to trinity and each time I’ve had a great experience. Massages are so relaxing and very professional. The staff are lovely and polite. Will definitely be returning soon thank you girls.
Absolutely amazing visit to Trinity Spa, the staff were lovely and welcoming and got jus settled in right away. The massage was lovely and they made sure we were comfortable by asking if the pressure was okay etc. overall great visit and great value for money.
The Ladies at Trinity spa were lovely. Treatments we received were fantastic and felt very relaxed afterwards. The hotel offers free parking for those whom are using the facilities. Would definitely recommend.
