We had the pamper package for 2 which included 3 treatments each. The back massage and facial were very good but our third treatment was very short, lasted about 5 minutes. The relaxation room is very small and there were not enough seats for my boyfriend and I to sit next to each other as there were other people in there. That said, it is very good value for money (£55 for the both of us).
My massage was 15 minutes late and only lasted 50 minutes. I didn’t like the background music as I felt it was too loud for a relaxing massage and not really relaxing music
