Staff were rude. Cannot describe this as a spa day as no facilities the "relaxation room" just 2 chairs and not relaxing at all, why take booking for bigger parties than can actually fit in the room as 4 people left stood up. No wet facilities and when asked about these or why this was not disclosed upon booking was met with a very rude owner who has later threatened to ring the police as her inadequate staff failed to take a payment or even have anybody to see us out of the "spa" would not recommend and rewined my best friends hen do. After querying with the staff length of treatment and facilities was not met with any apologies about the misunderstanding just asked did we want the treatment or not as the had other customer. Please stay away from this "spa"

Good massage in nice facilities. My appointment was at 12 and at 12.20 I was still sitting alone in the waiting room - with no explanation or even reassurance that they’d remember me.
What a wonderful experience. The massage was exceptional as was the facial by Shelley who was wonderful. She really is an excellent at what she does. I have since told 3 friends at work who booked yesterday. I have also bought another pamper session!! I just feel wonderful after my treatments. Thank you girls keep up the good work
