Awful experience, unclean towels and a lacklustre service. The manager shouts at you for giving feedback and justifies their behaviour. I won’t be back!

Lovely afternoon for the pamper package. Prosecco in the relaxation room was a perfect ending!
Lovely visit, friendly women and great ambiance, only downside was that my treatment was cut short by 20mins which I didn’t realise until I looked at my phone after the treatment was done, i did leave feeling relaxed though and was good value for money as it was an offer
