A good overall experience. Could have done more to discuss options with us and what treatments were available. Didn't discuss medical questionnaire despite saying I had some skin allergies. Would go again at the price we paid.
Pre-booked and pre- paid one hour massage; 75 minutes delay. Won't be going back
My initial time was changed without reference to me and therapist too. The manager had the reception area so dark you could barely see and my treatment was not provided at full length.
The room lacked ambience, no music just noise of a vapour boiler. No aromatherapy was used despite it being booked as such.
There was a problem on the phone as I was leaving and I felt it was unprofessionally handled. Having seen other feedback suggesting the same I felt it pointless to voice my concerns.

Great spa and service, the massage was very relaxing and the lady worked out all my knots! Lovely to be able to relax afterwards in their relaxation room with some lemon water - will definitely be back!
