Our visit to the spa was lovely, the staff were very welcoming, the massage was excellent and the facilities were very relaxing, we will be returning
Great value and superb massage. Need to sort out the administration of bookings and cancellations though. Sending a text to cancel is not enough particularly when followed by another text confirming the booking. A phone call is better. Also more notice than a couple of hours should be given to cancellations or changes to treatment times.
