This is the first time I have had a procedure like this. Lauren walked me through what to expect and patiently answered my questions as I had specific concerns that needed addressing. The treatment itself was a mix of topical ingredients and machines, but none of it was painful or uncomfortable. I did not have any issues afterwards and my face felt smoother and tighter than before - so will definitely book again!
