Firstly they moved venue without informing me. A phone call would have been appreciated. I enjoyed my facial. Disappointed that they did not use steam or extract black heads. There was no relaxing music used and the lights were not turned off. Also the lady stayed in the room all the way through. So I did not feel I could relax when the mask was drying. The positive was that my skin looked good after my facial and I did notice the difference. Don't think I would return for another facial.
