Hello, I am absolutely disappointed. I booked and paid sometime ago and I got a text confirming my date for 23rd Nov 2018 at 7:30PM again a day before my appointment, on getting there with on my booked date and time with my wife, we were surprised to see it closed, we kept knocking and calling the phone without answer, you can only imagine how humiliating this was, after waiting for sometime without response from anyone, we had to leave after I left a message on the answering machine.
The following day, I tried calling and calling without any answer and then I got another text on Sunday asking me to rate the service, the service I did not experience except neglect, I have since been calling this number (0800 634 3547) of theirs to report but no one is picking it up.
I am still waiting for them to provide me the service I paid for or refund my money to me.
I am very disappointed

My massage was lovely, so relaxing, and the lady who did it was perfect, friendly but in a quiet way, allowing me to relax and enjoy it. Only point to mention was that the room could have been warmer as it was a very cold day and undressed it was a bit chilly.

Lovely building, really cute decor, very relaxing environment :) staff are VERY professional (which is great since I hadn’t shaved my legs lol) would definitely recommend, great cheap parking facilities across the road also which was helpful. The couple that done mine & my partners massage were lovely (the lady was super nice and polite. Would use again, many thanks
