A fairly average experience. The massage was ok, certainly not great, and focused on the back and shoulders. I was a bit confused about why the therapist would ask if I had areas that I would like to be treated, I tell her, and then she doesn't go near them, some sort of mis communication which left me feeling disappointed. The lass was ok, but a little too chatty, it's supposed to be a relaxing experience not a gossip session. In no hurry to return
Was seen my Emily. Not sure how experienced she is, but her skills were very amateur. Booked full body massage but only one half (back side only) massaged. She was very fidgety, finding it difficult to stand whilst massaging as kept on fidgeting, and leaning on chair where she could. Very slow massage and even though asked her to put more pressure on, she had none to offer. In the thigh area, dug her thumb in rather than her palm causing a lot of pain. Finished off without starting front side of the body. I was late by 5 mins, but that couldn’t be the reason she failed to massage front up my body. Told her my next and shoulders carried most tension, and despite her spending most of the time there, she didn’t touch neck at all, and the skill used for shoulder area was ineffective. Never going back there again.
