Wonderful massage - combined hot stone and swedish. I have been meaning to treat myself for a while and so glad I did. Haven’t felt so tension free on a very long time. Thank you Louise
I was unable to have my treatment due to minor surgery being performed a few months back (even though that area is not included in the massage which is a bit confusing and contradictory). Not sure why I received the survey since I haven't had treatment. Would have saved myself the time, journey and parking that I paid for time that was not spent there if this was explained on the phone beforehand.

A really positive first time experience for me and my husband. We didn’t know what to expect and we were put at ease. Firstly a very warm welcome, we filled in the initial questionnaire and were dealt with promptly with very clear explanations of what would happen during the session. We were asked if we had any preference for who provides the massage and while we didn’t have any preferences, this was a great question as everyone is different so provided an opportunity to speak up as necessary. Ben was great. He asked appropriate questions to help me relax and I could hear the other masseur asking Similar appropriate questions to my husband. We both felt relaxed. The room and surroundings were fantastic, we were so impress by the colour scheme, we have now decided to paint our bedroom in grey, a nice relaxing, netural colour. The massage was positioned nicely, although the hole for your face could have been slightly wider for more air and circulation. Timings were great, think the session time was just about right. Lots of privacy using towels helped me personally having not had this experience in the past. Afterwards they provided sufficient time for getting dressed and it was a lovely touch to have a glass of water each. Overall very pleasant and we will definitely come again.
