Massage was very nice and relaxing, customer service was really bad. First of all it took me 5 days to book my appointment. Groupon advised to call, so i did. Nobody answered around 10 phone calls made at different days and times. The voice mail advised to leave the message but as I'm a busy person i preferred to speak to someone. I finally left a massage and also, contacted them via contact form on their website. As i expected they called me back when i couldn't answer advising to call them back. So i called back and again no answer so they called me back, I couldn't speak and so on...
When they finally reached me, after 4th attempt, and i expressed how inefficient the booking process was, the lady, quite bluntly said they NEVER answer phones as they are busy and i am expected to leave the message or email them. Groupon voucher did not mention any email. Her tone of voice was as if i was interrupting her day with my complaint.
When i arrived for the appointment ive seen two ladies, non of them busy with appointments. The lady i had massage with was very polite and provided very good massage, however after the treatment i was not offered any information about their services, any information about special offers and i actually felt i wasn't really welcomed there. So i don't think I'll be coming back...
