Treatment was described as 30 minutes and I was there 10. Didn't do a good job as she didn't remove all the hair and I had to get the razor out when I returned home. I was going on holiday the next day so it was a last minute booking and I didn't have the time to ring up and complain. Will not be using in the future. Very expensive for a poor job
