Paid for restyle haircut to get some advise from the stylist re the best hairstyle but she offered no advise. Just asked what hairstyle I wanted and just cut the hair without explaining what she was doing. No effort was made to make me feel included in the process.

Average waxing experience. I got charged extra for having liquid wax for the sensitive areas, which was not made clear at the time of booking. A bit disappointed overall.
