Very thorough and professional treatment. Great value for money especially when using lycon for the hollywood.
Had an amazing experience here before. Can't fault the bikini wax but I got home to find large sections had been missed when beautician had done my legs. Very disappointed.

The therapist was lovely, very chatty and bubbly. Eyebrow wax was fine but more hair removed than I'd have liked. Nails look fab, she helped me to choose a lovely colour. The lengths vary on each nail which is bothering me now but I didn't notice until the gel was on. They need to examine the music they play in the background, whilst I don't mind swearing as a rule some of the tracks were very explicit.

This is my usual place which I'm very happy with normally. However was a bit annoyed to be charged an additional £10 on arrival. Apparently the price on here is for new customers yet my housemate who is also a precious customer had the same appointment booked through Treatwell later on the same day and nothing was said to her? I'm confused why it's different polices for different customers. Knowledge of prices stated on Treatwell should be made clear to all staff.
