Fantastic massage. I had the back steam and scrub done first which left my skin soft. The therapist was lovely and applied a lot of pressure as requested.

I have been here previously on two occasions to have my Hollywood wax and it was extremely quick and done professionally, however my most recent visit was done by a waxer who seemed less experienced. The wax was extremely hot and uncomfortable and she put the wax on incorrectly. When I got home and showered I noticed she had left some wax on!!! And I had to pull it off myself. Additionally, she did not pull all the hairs out. I'm quite disappointed actually because my last two visits were fine.
