very professional and lady made me feel very comfortable during the waxing, very thorough and salon was nice. only criticism was bits of wax left on me which stuck to my clothes.

Wonderful experience - joy to visit and thoroughly enjoyed the massage.
Would be encouraged to go again in the near future
This is a very relaxing venue . I was offered a hot drink on arrival and departure and also water.
The staff here are excellent, and the massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep.
When I woke up my joint pains were very much relieved.
Although The Urban Body Bar is a long way from my home I have no hesitation in returning when time permits.

That was a good experience although my appointment was delayed but I was offered to have 15 mins extra massage which was fair enough. Polite and professional staff. will visit again.....

As a brazilian and lycon wax first-timer, I could not have been made to feel more comfortable. The staff were friendly and the lady who did the wax knew lots about the product and immediately made me feel at ease. Great location as well, right near Rayners Lane station. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks!
