I had a luxury pedicure and have awarded it 4 stars. The therapist was really nice and pleasant, and did a great job removing the rough skin on my feet.

Bijal is excellent at doing gel nails and has a lovely personality.All staff are very polite and helpful.Always get asked do you wish to have a drink.Good ambience in salon.

A lovely experience from start to finish. Was offered a drink upon arriving (latte machiato) and was given a new customer form to fill in. The upstairs or main level is a salon with mani/pedi stations but downstairs is where the facials and massages take place. Luckily there isn't the residual humming or noise from the hair dryers downstairs and it's very calming with candles and soft music playing. The facial bed was nice and toasty warm when I climbed in. The girl who did my facial was lovely. She asked me questions about my skin and cleansing habits beforehand and she explained what she was doing as she went along. I also liked that she stayed in the room with me whilst the mask was on for about 20 minutes. I don't like when they just disappear and leave you with this mask on for what seems like hours on end. She also massaged my arms and hands whilst the mask was drying. She also fixed me a very nice cup of moroccan tea which was waiting for me upstairs after I had finished dressing. Overall excellent value for the money and a really nice experience. I left feeling very relaxed. Only negative was there was a bit of a sell on some nutrition counseling (I think that's what she was trying to sell) and package deal for the facial but it was not overly persistant or overbearing and I wouldn't let that put me off from returning here.

I actually had a back, shoulders and foot massage on this occasion. After the treatment I felt so much better.
My ankles which had become swollen went back to normal and my back and neck pain was very much relieved.
I was given a genuine welcome as soon as I entered the door, offered a nice coffee , and also offered Moroccan tea after the massage.
This was excellent service and the type of service which I strive to give to my customers.
I will certainly go back to this Salon as soon as time permits.

The experience was great and the massage was very relaxing. The only thing that could be improved is the length of the masseuse's nails. At times they dug into me which was not very pleasant.
